Any Space 220 reviews?? Is it worth the money??

Looking forward to some reviews for Space 220! I got a dinner ADR but really wanted lunch. The lounge menu looked promising and cheaper way to go.

If you're willing to pay the pre-fixe upcharge, the food seems OK.

To be clear DIS YouTube is NOT a review. Its simply a media event overview. They do not do actual reviews when they don't pay (Pete's rule). She does go in depth though to various aspects.

I will say the dining area itself looks lacking (from videos) and over priced for lunch or diner. Its basically a different form of dining entertainment with no characters and no actual show.

For the money you can go to:
Dining Shows - Hoop Dee Doo, Biergarten, Spirit of Aloha
Character Dining - Chef Mickeys, Topolinos, Tusker House, Garden Grill, CRT

I haven't been paying too close of attention prior to this but honestly a little disappointed they didn't make it a touch more intimate since its just all view screens anyways. There is no reason to have people essentially 5 tables deep away from the view screens if you are in the big half circle booths at the back (front???) of the restaurant.

Additionally I am not sure why they jammed a bar in the same space instead of putting the bar in a skyline sort of location from DCL ships where you have the screens behind the bar.

Maybe I will get there at some point but likely just the lounge for a drink if its allowed.

Correct, she was at a media event. Deni seems to come across very genuine and she was very pleased with the experience.

If you go to You Tube there are a couple reviews up.
We watched "Jojo's World" last night. The food looked good and the atmosphere looked incredible.
We will definitely give it a try sometime.

As long as it stays full, they don't want people taking up a table to look around and experience it and not order a full meal.

I think they learned lesson from Be Our Guest. People were making reservations and only getting dessert or an app.
