Me and my 13 yr old DD will be in Disneyworld this Christmas and was curious to know if any other single parents of teens (moms OR dads) will be enjoying Christmas in DW as well.

I've read quite a few threads regarding single parents who travel to disney with their children who are 10 and under or who may have several children of various ages. But I haven't seen many threads geared toward the single parents with teens.

I realize that I was once the single parent with the younger child. But now that my DD is getting older and her interest are changing, she will have more in common with someone of her own or around her age. Although a 13 yr old and an 8 year old may enjoy the Dumbo ride together, 9 times out of 10 only one of them will be riding the Rocking RollerCoaster or the Tower of Terror :earboy2:

I hope this thread may be helpful to other single parents of teens going to DW for the holidays to perhaps get together for a day or even a Christmas dinner. That would really be a site to see...."single parents day" of all ages gathering together at the Crystal Palace for Christmas Dinner...hmmm :grouphug: TABLE FOR 40 PLEASE !!!!! :goodvibes
