Hi, 54/m/chicago here. I dont know about a romantic desert but a great place for dinner is the french restaurant in epcot. Forgot the name but its on the 2nd floor there, very nice and not to crowded. Been a few years since I was there. :wave2:

I think Tiramisu is a great sharing dessert. I'm not sure where in WDW would be a good place to get some though. Any suggestions?

Since it's an Italian dessert, they should have it at Mama Melrose's, Alfredo's, and Tony's. They also have the Twinkie Tiramisu at Pop Century! :thumbsup2

personally i think any dessert shared can be romantic....sitting along the World Showcase after dark , princess:  :rose: :butterfly ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo but before the crowds get ready for illuminations...in MK near the castle....any darkened corner would be sweet...and cozy for snugglin and sharing a sweet treat...

Okay so, sharing spaghetti at Tony's a-la Lady & the Tramp. Then finishing it off sharing a Tiramisu; only one fork. Sounds like it could be priceless.

WOW!! I have been thinking to myself I wish there was a Disney site for single people and I found this. I have been on Dis for a few months now but never got past the trip planning part.

I'm a single mom of 2 who as my name says a Disneynut.

We go at least once a year I would go more if I could. I love all things Disney but Mickey Mouse is my fav.

At the most would love to make some new friends who love Disney as much as I do.

Hi Disneynut71, and welcome to this sometimes edgy, nearly closed thread. There's a site called Dismates (at www.dismates.com) for single Mister and Miss Disney geeks to meet and date. Basic membership is free. I am Tiggerpal there. Several of us chat, starting between 9:00 and 9:30 pm Eastern and going until as late as 2 am, each night. Feel free to join us!

Jim

Welcome and glad tidings! This is a fun group of people I'm sure you will enjoy. ANd you will also gleam a great deal of knowledge from other Disneynuts like yourself!!! Enjoy! DJ :thumbsup2 pirate: princess: :figment: :goofy: :maleficen :hmghost: :sulley: :ccat: :tink:

The name is Bistro De Paris and I agree!!! It is "theplacetobe" for romance.

Can't wait to share it in December!

Hey Brunette,
Hey Kev! You're about 12 miles away from me!!! When ya going back to Disney???

Howdy, neighbor! I'm going to be down there this month, 9/21-9/24. Then I'll be down in December for Mousefest & more.

How about you? Do you have a trip to Disney planned soon?

For those of you who have just discovered this thread, it's been pretty amazing the growth it has experienced. New people seem to find it every day and more would, cept we haven't earned the right to be on the main page...

Everyone who posts here should rate the thread....maybe then we will see it where all Disneyoholic singles will see it and our ranks will grow :)

Just my thoughts

Bill

Creme Brule is my favorite "Romantic" dessert...

As in.. how romantic you got me Creme Brule.. no you may not share it with me.

Sorry, folks.. Creme Brule is a very personal experience for me;)

Hi--

I am pretty new to the board, I just joined last week. I will be going on my first solo trip Nov 1-7, 2006, staying at POFQ.

Like everyone else on this thread I am also looking for someone who loves Disney as much as I do. Used to date someone who rolled his eyes at me and said things like "Again, you really don't want to go there again?"

Looking forward to talking with all of you :)

What's so romantic about not sharing dessert? Maybe you just like teasing others with your desserts? ;)
