Hi everyone!

Just hoping to get people moving in a more positive direction!

Anyone who wants to stop by my place in Ohio to view my spectacular Disneyana collection is more than welcome, but if you truly love Disney it can be an all day affair...well....at least with the womenfolk :teeth: Just kidding :rotfl:

I'm working on a new Mickey painting and will have him ready for digitizing soon so if anyone wants me to email the pic just send me an email and I'll send it to you.

As to the other stuff that's going on in the room....the number one cause of death of a relationship is that one person tried to change the other. This goes both ways so it's not a guy or gal thing. If you aren't happy with them (All of them) the way they are, then it's not the RIGHT ONE. Change can be good if it's yourself you are trying to change for YOU, like quiting smoking, drinking to excess or dressing like a grunge, but changing YOU to make someone else happy is going to make YOU miserable and will eventually take the relationship down with it.

Remenber, relationships are not 50/50. If either of you gives less than 100% than their is a serious imbalance and what happens to things that get out of balance?

Just a few rambling thoughts from an ancient one...

Bill

Also,

If anyone :confused3 can tell me how to post the painting :artist: here it would be great. I can share it with all! :grouphug:

Hum wdwtripper and rer1972 are either of you on Dismates?? Michelle

bigsis1970 I am on Dismates, but don't have full membership or anything.

djblu883 yes that is my birth year. I don't see how that would stop us from having a really good time with anyone here though. I'm kind of like the imac guy in those new commercials(only reference I could think of right now :confused3 ). I can talk to anyone about anything:hyper2:, and I find hard not to get along with most folks.

I think Debi's comment was directed to a certain 15 year old boy who does not fall into either of the adult or solo traveler categories and has been acting a bit trollish.

I seem to be getting into the conversation a little late. To the question, "Any Single Disney Men Out There?" If there wasn't, there is now.

So Cal born and raised but have been in Denver, CO (5) and Washington DC (3) for the last 8 years. Just got back and quickly purchased my pass...7 years removed.

Now that the original question has been answered - at least for now - what's the topic now? Catch me up.

Hi Writer04. Welcome, if belatedly, to the conversation. The number of posts here *alone* pretty well establishes that the answer to the original question is "yes," there actually are a bunch of single disney-loving guys (and gals) out there. The bigger question is, how to make some connections for those of us who would like to find someone who "gets" Disney to share the magic with. No easy answers to that one, but we're working on it. :thumbsup2

So, jump on in, introduce yourself...at the very least you'll find some like-minded friends and aquaintances...and most...who knows...I, for one, have never had a "romantic" WDW trip in all the times I've been there...but they say there's a first time for everything. :wizard:

I have to agree with you CA - since we've reached almost 1,400 posts to this question, I would have to say the answer is yes. The problem does seem to be how to make the connection. Others have posted this also, as well as you CA, but sometimes looking a bit further than you originally planned on looking may be the answer. Who knows? Maybe it would bring around that romantic WDW trip I've always wanted to take.

I imagine my first entry for the group to see would have been a bit different if I would have read back a page or two or a bunch.

Mine was less than a revelation, I suppose.

Writer04 I definitely welcome your posts. I like to read all the different peoples ideas and opinions. :thumbsup2

What part of New Hampshire are you in?

Oh, I don't know about that. I think it's possible to find/make time as needed. :wizard: After all, eating and sleeping are highly overrated. :rotfl2:

40 Y.O. recently divorced male. Better put on my flame suit. I was told to check out this site by a friend. I kind of feel out of place though. I like Disney but would rather go to Univeral :teeth:
