Any shuttle buses from Universal Studios to Disneyland?

I know the are many busses that go from Anaheim to Universal but are there any that go the other way that you can take you luggage. Not interested in doing an uber that far or driving in LA. Specifically the Hilton at Universal to the Disneyland hotel.

Have you tried contacting the Hilton to ask about this? The concierge desk might know. If they recommend a shuttle, ask if they offer a discount for Hilton guests.
