Any secret/hidden places to find characters?

I know we have the character thread saying what characters are out there, but are there any places I should look during my upcoming trip that won't be listed on the IOA/US park maps?

This info is on the map but I almost didn't notice it. Betty Boop is in her store at certain times (look on map) and I Did miss this: Spiderman is also at a store in Marvel during certain times (see map).

The map also does not usually list the Toon Trolley in USF with Popeye, Olive Oyl, and the Flintstones and Rubbles, nor Lucy & Ricky. Not sure why, because they're out there every day.

what is this "toon trolley" is it like the Epcot character double-decker bus?

The Toon Trolley is a trolley full of characters. It drives from the Universal Horror Make-Up Show to Woody Woodpecker's Kid Zone at different times during the day at USF.
