I've done scrapbooks for my last 4 cruises.
Some tips:
* get an extra copy of the navigator from the guest service desk every day and put it away (I carry an 8 1/2 x 11 plastic case for this but an envelope will do). That way when I'm laying out my scrapbook I put these in with the pages to divide up the days.
* Save your key to the world card, dining rotation ticket, character breakfast ticket, and at least one of the luggage tags you get at the end of the cruise. These all work well in the scrapbook.
* I saw someone do this with a photo frame and it would work just as well with a scrapbook page. Cut out a frame on white paper and have the characters sign it (it worked great when they did it at the character breakfast). Or just bring white sheets for each character so you can capture their signature and work them in the pages.
* take pictures of the towel animals every night. I always do a page of nothing but the towel animals. Don't forget to try and get a shot with your steward one of the nights posing with his creation. When I did this on our last cruise he was so happy that I wanted his picture!
* some shots not to miss that I have used in scrapbooks and have seen others use as well: Your room number, the statue in the atrium, the ship at
Castaway Cay, anything or place that holds special meaning to you and your family.
Good luck and happy scrapping!
