Any San Francisco dining experts around?

If money/reservations/logistics were no problem, which of the following restaurants would you choose (your comments would be great, too):

BOULEVARD - Contemporary, French inspired? (Embarcadero)

ACME CHOP HOUSE - Steak (SoMa)

FARALLON - Seafood (Union Sq.)

ANA MANDARA - Vietnamese (Ghirardelli Sq.)

OZUMO - Japanese (Embarcadero)

ROSE PISTOLA - Italian (North Beach?)

HAWTHORNE LANE - Contemporary/maybe Asian? (SoMa)

After checking Fodor's, we're leaning towards Acme Chop House or Rose Pistola but would love to hear about the others! Thanks.
