Any Rumors on what (where )will be the next DVC club?

Just curious if anyone had heard any rumors about what or where the next DVC would be. And if anyone had heard what kind of amenities would be offered (a SAB type pool for example).

Latest rumor I've heard about is a possible Contemporary DVC wing with contemporary hotel amenities.

I was planning on starting a rumor that DVC was planning a single themed building for each country in Epcot right in the park, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

How about a Cinderella's Castle DVC?

We bought SSR yesterday, and our guide said that a new DVC resort was going to be built on the monorail in a yr or two -

This monorail in a few years rumor has been around since I joined DVC and that was about 10 years ago.

In january we met up with our guide for a bit and of course had to ask about rumors floating around.

he said he didnt have details but they(guides) were informed that money has been earmarked for 2 new dvc resorts. He sid no doubt they would be builiding in the near future but would not give details

We probably would try to book trips at 7 months at the Contemporary based solely on the location. I'm also sure that they would do things to help improve the theming at the Contemporary for a new DVC resort. Depending on the improvements, we would consider purchasing points.

If they built at AKL, we would definitely purchase more points (assuming the cost isn't through the roof by then).

I bet they wouldn't change anything they didn't have to, particularly the theming; IMHO, VCR would sell out if all they did was transform the existing North wing into SSR/BWV/BCV-style rooms.
