Any rumors about the next ticket increase?

Anyone in the know say they are going up again this summer or are we safe from the increase in February till next year?

Early June has been a popular choice in recent years. I would not assume that February's increase eliminates the chance for another in the next few weeks.

DLR saw one last night.

Blah. I plan to use a ticket I already have for our November trip and then upgrade to an annual pass, I was really hoping it wouldn't be higher in price by then. Oh well, boo hiss to Disney.

DL just increased their price and halted their seasonal passes. Sure hope WDW doesn't follow . We are getting ready to move down there and plan to get an annual resident's pass. If they eliminate that then I guess we'll have to become Universal and Seaworld fans.

Argh, that will make me most displeased.:headache:

I plan to take a third short mom/son trip in the fall of 2015 (maybe with another mom friend and her kids) with the annual pass since I'll already have it from the earlier family trips that year. Even though I wouldn't be buying another ticket, I'd still book a Disney resort, eat there, shop, etc.. If I don't have the annual pass we won't be going. The trip would be an extra since I already had the ticket, it's not a must do by any means.

Guess there is nothing to do but wait and see what happens.

I was just going to start a thread wondering about the same thing, since Disney Land just had an unannounced price hike yesterday. :headache:

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see prices at WDW increased sometime in June.

DL only suspended sales of the SoCal AP but those with them can still renew and it sounds like they will become available again as people fail to renew. They still offer the more limited SoCal select AP, the Deluxe AP, the Premium AP, and the Premiere AP though.

It sounds like they've set limits to try to minimize over crowding in the parks and once each AP limit is reached they will stop selling it until the numbers fall again.

Seasonal pass is not the same as annual pass. For WDW, a seasonal pass is for FL residents only and is only good for less crowded times of the year. At DL, they are very popular with local residents.

I'm wondering too. Trying to decide whether I can wait another week to buy our tickets.
