Hi All,
I cant afford to join a Rosemary Conley class and dont really have a baby sitter.So Ive baught the GI jeans diet and have lost 1 stone in 3 weeks so am really chuffed!1
But a couple of questions...
1)I dont drink alcohol,so can I use that 100 kcal and have a 200 kcal treat instead?(as long as less than 5 % rule ,of course!!!)
2)Which bread have people found that is less than 5 % and tastey please?
I like the Hovis seeds sensations,but its a bit high in calories.Thanks
3)Have you found a low fat gravy or gravy recipe please?
Because Im large my calorie allowance is quite high at 1,800 - Im actually having to force myself to eat something else to increase my calorie intake!!It really does seem to be going smoothly - as I do feel really full most of the time now!
