Congrats and thanks Kim. I figure it may be a little longer, since our K just went in last week, but the sooner the better,!
Of course my wife and I are anxious to hear, since we want to plan a trip around our kids vacation last week of April.

We passed ROFR on 9/14 and our docs and money will be there Monday. Now the next wait.
We're going to need a vacation after all the stress of waiting.

We are now on the ROFR waiting list as well...we bought 200pts at BWV for $77/pt. 200 available now and 200 coming in 9/05...September use year. We are paying $500 closing costs as well.

I figure this deal will pass but if not we will try try again!
