Hey, can anyone tell me what rides you could possibly get wet on? It can possibly still be a little chilly in the March mornings or after the sun goes down, so if you do get wet on some I'd rather hit those it the afternoon when it's warmer!
Thanks for any info:)

You can get soaked opn Journey to Atlantis. Might be chilly early in the morning but usual by 9 or 10 it will be in the high 70s. So far this year we really haven't had cold weather so unless things change----it might even be in the 80s or 90s

Thanks appreciate it. I keep forgetting how different the temp. can be between the Panhandle and Orlando area.;)

On Journey to Atlantis I got SOAKED!!!!!. It was my first time on it, so I don't know if you normally get that wet on it, I sat in the front row left hand side and when I got off it looked like I jumped in a pool with my clothes on. It was in the 90's that day so I didn't care but check the weather that morning and maybe bring a change of clothes.

Thanks! Might save that one for last and just put towels in the Van, that way when we get back to the hotel we can head to the pool cause we'll already be wet. Might be better then walking around afterwards in March, can never tell with FL. weather, I'll just have to keep an eye on it. Gotta love the Weather channel!!;)

When it is cool some people ride with ponchos on which can keep your clothes semi-dry, but you might want to wear sandals on the ride so you won't have wet shoes and socks all day. Could bring 2nd pair of shoes and store in locker for after the ride, too. There are also fountains and a play area where kids can get wet. Lots of people put swimsuits on their kids under their clothes and let them have a blast. Then change into clothes afterwards. .

Here's the story about getting soaked on JTA. If you sit in the front left seat, you get nailed when the boat goes into a moat and the water comes over the top. This is after the first splash down. The boat turns around, and dips down. The water comes over the front and soaks the person in the front left seat. If you're in the back then you can get off JTA dry, but you have to hold your feet up when going up the hills, because the water rushes to the back of the boat.

I can attest to this!! DD and I were sitting in the front left seat and I really didn't think much about it until I just about got drowned!! I could wring out my shorts and t-shirt! Note to self: Don't sit up there again!!

I was safely dry in the middle seats of JTA when we went round the 'front' of the ride at the bottom of the drop, so my DW put a quarter in the water cannon and soaked me.

That's exactly where I sat and exactly where i got soaked.

Shamu Splash Zone... okay, not a ride, but I always looked at those seats and thought, oh, they're not that bad. Boy was I wrong. We got drenched, head to toe, all of us, and the force of the "wave" that hit us took us all by surprise! Looking back, it was very funny, but then, I just wanted the saltwater out of my hair!!
