We're staying onsite at PBH...which rides or attractions do not have an Express Pass line at both Universal and IOA? Trying to make a game plan on what to do first when arriving at the gate early, since the Express Pass should take care of any long waits on rides that accept it.

Also, we will be arriving late on a Friday in mid-June...and plan to hang out at City Walk and see Blue Man Group on Saturday (no parks). Which park would be the best one to visit first (regarding crowds) on a Sunday? The other park we will be doing on Mon., Tues., or Wed. as well as Sea World.

Pteranadon Flyers don't. If you have little kids who really want to ride this, get to it right at park opening.

Since you will have express passes, there is no need to worry about which park to visit first. Just choose the one that has the most rides that you are interested in.
