Any riders 6"3" or taller turned away from FJ?

All I want to know is if someone taller than 6'3" tall (like someone who is 6'4" or 6'5") of average proportions and weight can fit in the harness. Just a regular guy who happens to be tall.....will he fit?

Has anyone seen someone of this height ride FJ yet?

I am 6'3" plus and it was not an issue on Sunday. Let's all keep our cool. There seems to be a tendency here lately to fly off the handle and worry about non-issues. Very few people are being turned away.

By the way, that guy mentioned earlier who is 5'8" at 245 and "not heavy at all" must be quite a stud.

It's not a non-issue to those of us who are only coming to US because of Harry Potter but might be turned away. DH is 5'11", 245, and I am 5'6", 215 with a Rack of Doom (F cups), so these restrictions are a real concern for us. If we can't ride FJ, we will just spend another day at Disney, rather than deal with psychotic crowds just to see some shops and ride a re-themed Dueling Dragons.

And your snarky comment aside, I think what the PP meant by "not heavy at at all" is that a LARGE amount of people are this size. To look at us, most people wouldn't think "obese". I have been told *by doctors* before getting on the scale, "oh, you must be only 10-15 pounds over a BMI of 25"...:lmao:

Point is, most people seem to think obese people are only the headless fatties you see in news stories, but the majority of us are not people who routinely have to deal with size restrictions. DH and I have ridden every ride at Cedar Point, multiple Six Flags parks, and Disney...we fly without needing second seats, etc. We have never encountered a size restriction before, which is why this is surprising.

Mostly I would just like clarification from Universal, though. I will be disappointed if we can't ride, but I will be much less pissed just to skip our US day entirely, than if we go and put up with the crowds and the line, and find out at the front that we aren't allowed on.

5'8'' and 245 is not the same as 5'11'' and 245. Also, it probably makes a difference if you're carrying those extra 50-70 lbs in your belly, or distributed more evenly over your whole body.

No one anywhere has mentioned ANY real, actual woman being pulled off the ride due to her chest size.

Cancelling a vacation because of internet rumours and speculation is absolutely your prerogative, of course. And it's probably a very good idea to do so, if it lowers your anxiety. After all, vacations are supposed to be fun.
