Any review on Swan's Concierge? How does it compare with Poly Concierge?

Hi,

We are thinking about staying at Swan Concierge around Memorial Day time. Can someone give me any feedbacks or tips on Swan's concierge service?

We are going to stay at Poly Concierge next Feb. How is Swan's concierge compared to Poly?

I love the Swan, but there is no comparison with their club level and Poly Concierge. The Swan's club level has continental breakfast and is open a limited amount of hours during the day. The evening wine service is NOT free and appetizers are very limited.

By contrast the Polynesian concierge lounge is HUGE, has a great view, is open much of the day and along with breakfast they have an awesome evening spread with wine and all sorts of appetizers, hot and cold.

If you're going for concierge service alone the Poly wins, hands down.

You didn't mention if price was a factor- that might be something to consider there.

As you can see from the link to the other thread, we all have our own opinions! Where someone liked the 'hustle & bustle' of everyone getting ready, I soaked up the peace and quiet of the Swan like a sponge! The parks had enough hustle and bustle for me! And I did feel immersed in Disney at all times! So close to everything.

The breakfast was extremely satisfying (& healthy- all that fruit!) and the snacks in the evening were actually enough for supper for us when we had a late lunch. Other times we had cheeze & crackers & soda & cookies and then had some Pizza from Tubbi's later on.

And please - no one take this offensively at all - I actually wouldn't want the Mickey wake-up call - we had some type of character at Royal Pacific and I couldn't stand it!
