Any resorts with nursery?

Help me with ideas, please!

My husband and I have off July 24 to August 11 this summer. Long ago, we were planning to take the late-July Med. cruise on DCL, but then our second DD came along. I would not be capable of staying sane on a flight from MSP to BCN with her, so we need to make new plans. We have already moved the cruise to a new date in 2014 and now have nowhere to go this summer.

Here is what we are looking for . . . does it exist?
4-10 nights
drive or fly (from MSP)
not somewhere horribly hot, but somewhere our 7 year old DD can swim (she prefers pools, but also likes to play in the sand)
kids programming
clean room
decent restaurant selections
AND, we are looking for somewhere that has a nursery even if just for a couple hours during the entire trip.
Budget is under $7,000 for the trip.

Any ideas?
