Any resorts not included in free dining?

We are booked at WL Aug 22-27th. Hoping to call on the 4th to take advantage of the free dining! (We did free dining last year and loved it!) So, my question is, are there any resorts that are not included in this offer? Thanks!

They should all be included. Some posters have mentioned that suites arn't included, but since suites are so limited in number, that might be why. I see no problem with you getting the WL on Tuesday.

The Swan and Dolphin are not included.
Shades of Green is not included.
The suites are not included.

Yes, I am paying rack rates but since I am staying at a value resort during value season I am still saving over $500.

I read a message earlier indicating that the offer is capacity controlled, so while no specific Disney resorts are excluded, only a certain number of rooms in each resort are included; when those specific rooms are booked, the offer won't be available for further reservations at that resort.
