I thought I remember reading somewhere that you can celebrate a birthday party at Redd Rockets.

What do you think of their food?

What is the birthday celebration?

Well I love Redd Rocketts (aka r2p2) food- their chicken fuscelli is great :)

The "My Disneyland Birthday" celebration is at Plaza Inn it happens I believe twice a day and its a fun little thing

They have "Pat e cake" who hosts a cake decorating "contest" where you each get a small cake, Red Yellow and Blue frosting and plenty of sprinkles- Then as everyone is declared the winner 2 characters (usually Mickey and Minnie but we had Pluto instead of Minnie) come out for a Conga line and a photo op.

You also get a souvinear cup (kid sized) of punch and lots of water and a really kewl party hat

We did it on DLs birthday because for that day you also get a button that says DIsneyland and I are celebrating today- July 17th whatever year (I have them for 02,03,04)

If you are into the character thing or have kids that would get into it its a fun hour and you need a good sugar high from the cake its worth the 10 bucks :)

I also really enjoy their pastas. I thought their pizza was okay, but it's been awhile since I've had it there.

The Pizza is average-mediocre and expensive. The salads and pasta are good and quite large portions. I always have to much food there. The seating area is decent but not spectacular... instead of celebrating the theme of Tomorrow or Discovery it celebrates rides of tomorrowland past.

Well I hate to be a raincloud but isnt that ALL that is left... The rides of the past? Cause I dont think there is much Tomorrow or Discovery left on the east side...

Yes. Ma'm. I was trying not to sound to sarcastic but I guess it came off a bit to serious. :)
