Okay - today is the big day!
We load up and fly into Orlando today with the extended family for 6 days of fun with the mouse at SSR.
So am wondering if anyone was at the parks yesterday (what are the odds right?) and if they have any last minute reconnaissance reports they'd share with us.
Specifically wondering about:
1. The crowds: are there
or ain't there 
?
2. Osborne lights: any leaks from behind the lines
on soft opening / preview for it?
3. Epcot decorations: any signs around the lagoon
of Santa?
4. AK: how's the character breakfast?
(we're going there tomorrow - any idea if we need to catch a cab for an 8:15 ressie?)
5. Transportation: buses still running?
