Any recommendations for a decent (reasonable) hotel at the airport?

The planning continues...............thanks for all the help.

One of the last things I need to figure for our July '04 trip to France/DLP is the logistics for our flight home. Our last day in France will be a Sunday spent at DLP. Our flight back to NY leaves Monday morning at 10:15 am.

So as to make Monday morning as stress free as possible, I am thinking we will leave DLP Sunday night and head for CDG. So, I'm looking for a recommendation for a decent, reasonably priced hotel to stay at on Sunday night. This way we can wake up Monday, not be rushed, and take the hotel shuttle to the terminal.

I checked the rates for the Courtyard (Marriott) and it runs about 145 Eur. Is that a decent rate, or can I do better. I could use Marriott Rewards points, but 25,000 seems like a lot for a quick night at an airport hotel.

Thoughts or recommendations?

We used the Holiday Inn at CGD. Very nice place adn a great breakfast. I think the rate was about E-115. That was January so not sure if summer would be higher. They also have an airport shuttle.

I used Priceline and got a great rate on the Courtyard. There is also a Novetel near there and it looked fine. I would think it would be cheaper.

The Courtyard is a nice hotel. I felt the food was way overpriced and the service in the resturant was appalling. I recommend eating before you arrive. (And I was comparing it to French service which is different than American! LOL!)

There is a Shearton in the airport, but it is VERY expensive.
