Any recent Budget/Fastbreak car renters?

We haven't rented from Budget in several years. I signed up for their Rapid Rez w/Fastbreak. Their website states MCO is a "Fastbreak Counter" location. Do I have to go to the big, main desk in the terminal or is the Fastbreak counter outside in the garage?
