Any recent "A Private Affair" experiences

It seems that recent posts indicate people have not been successful in booking "A Private Affair" for their upcoming trips. I also have not noticed any reports recently of anyone having the dinner. I know it is off-season down there, but I was wondering if anyone recently was able to enjoy a wonderful evening with Chef Gordon. Does anyone have it booked for the near future?

I posted last week asking the same question because we have a Private Affair booked with Chef Gordon in March and he hadn't answered my Email. However, I heard from him after several days-apparently all is well, he'd been out of town, and we're still definitely on for March (53 days) which we booked a long time ago. All appears to well, thank goodness.

Also please be aware that things can come up and even though you reserved this months in advanced there is still a possibility it could get canceled due to circumstances beyond your control.

I think most people on this board are sensitive enough to understand that even a CM can have a family emergency.
