Any reason for no availability in Jan.?

There are over 30,000 people running during marathon weekend. That takes up alot of the rooms. Plus some of the charity groups book almost and entire moderate resort for people to stay in. While the parks may not be that busy, the resorts are always full.

I also know from a cast member friend that the 3rd week of January also starts back up the convention business. It drops off from the 2nd week of December and picks up heavy in 3rd week in Jan pretty heavy for corporate kick off the year meetings. It is also the annual PGA show with over 150,000 people coming into the city and many families stay there while dad goes to the show.
