Any Really Good Chicken Salad at WDW?

One of my favorite things is chicken salad...I just love the stuff, especially on a croissant or on good rye bread...so is there a restaurant at WDW that has REALLY good chicken salad?

I'm not sure about chicken salad.... but the Columbia Harbour House has a great tuna salad platter!

I know that Coral Reef offers it at lunch, but I have never eaten there, so I can't comment on the quality.

About three years back I had one at Tusker House. Can't recall if it was still on the menu last September or not.
