The Sheraton is very close to Sea World, actually, we walked over there from the hotel, and it was about a 10-15 min. walk. The hotel is right on the International drive circut, they have a I-Ride but we didn't use that. I believe they also have free transportation for the disney parks, but you might want to check first. We were there for a conference, so didn't use that. The front desk staff I thought was very rude, and not helpful one bit. The housekeeping I thought did a great job, I would write a note (for extra pillows and coffee) and got my request. I even asked for matches as I had lost my lighter, and they gave me their lighter. I returned it when I found mine, but thought that was a very nice gesture on their part. They have a tower section, and then quite a few two story buildings. We stayed in the two story building (#15) and was on the ground floor. You know what that can mean in tropical florida, yep, bugs. We found about 3 very large cockroaches, which I thought was terrible. I don't think that can be avoided though on the lower floors, I don't know what the upper floors had. I would recommend the tower section. They have a main pool, and two other pools. Even thought we didn't use them, they looked very clean and there were alot of others using them. The grounds are kept very nice, they have a putt putt golf course, a game room too. They do have a restaurant, and a lounge. Just had our meals through the conference, but others used the restaurants and had good things to say about it. They have a small store, which you can get Pizza Hut personal pan pizza's through. We ordered the regular Pizza's through their room service (which is Pizza Hut too) and not sure on the exact price, but it was very reasonble. They even threw in a couple of small bottles of water. I got one bottle of soda from the store, a 2 ltr, took a $5 with me, and came back with just change, so quite expensive. There is a strip mall across the street, which we walked to. They have a liquor store, where we stocked up on soft drinks, which was more reasonable. We had a fridge in our room, not sure if they come in all the rooms, but we had requested it for our son's medicine. There was no charge for it. If I was to stay there again, I would definately request the tower room. The conference rate they gave us was $98 a night, and I thought that was kind of high when we had to share the room with bugs. Oh, almost forgot. The toilet flooded the first morning we were there. Housekeeping and Maintance were there right away, and then the front desk called offering us a free breakfast. I think they wanted to make it right, but too bad they were rude when we were at the front desk. Hope this helps! Have fun on your trip.
