Any Problems with Ticket Mania?

Has anyone ever bought tickets from Ticket Mania online? I found a good deal for 3 day hopper/1 plus, passes from them for $175 per ticket.
They confirmed online and I printed the receipt, it says delivery was free and they would arrive in 8-10 days. I still have not received them it has been 2 weeks! I contacted them 2 days ago and they said they were sent out Sept 29th so they would start tracking them. My credit card was charged already too!!

Anyone ever had problems with them? They were recommended by mousesavers.

Should I call again or does it take awhile to track them?

I just recently purchased two DisneyQuest tickets from Ticketmania and had no problems. It did take a little less than 2 weeks for me to receive them via regular mail, but the entire process went smoothly. They even included a brochure for Downtown Disney. (I think they include materials related to the tickets you purchase).

I also saw the 3-day PH tickets and was planning on purchasing those for our December trip. I feel very confident ordering from them again, and the fact that Mary at MouseSavers recommends them is a huge plus. Also, I have read numerous posts on here regarding Ticketmania and they have all been positive, so I wouldn't be too worried.

But, if you don't mind, please let us know what happens with your order.

Nope, no problems here either. Usually the mean business days when they give you a time frame(Sat not included), and of course, they would charge your credit card before they sent them. Hope you get them soon.

I ordered my 3 day hoppers thru them too. It took about 2 weeks to get them. They were mailed priority mail and took about 4 days. Hope you get them soon!!

I ordered over a weekend. Friday I got an E-mail; they had received payment but didn't know what I ordered. It sounded like they use an outside firm to handle the orders. I got the tickets the middle of the next week. It took maybe 2 1/2 weeks total.

If they said they went out 9/29 assume they may have been mailed 9/30 (went out after last pickup). You still should have received them. I'd send them an E-mail and once you get your cc bill give them a quick call or E-Mail and then do a dispute.

No problems here, I would definitely use this company again for tickets! I ordered two 5 day hoppers, and received them within two weeks.

I also started to worry about our 3day hopper passes. They arrived about 2 1/2 weeks after our order. Hope that helps!

I ordered from Ticketmania recently, and bought 2 tickets for the Kennedy Space Centre. Received my tickets within 1 1/2 weeks with free shipping. Considering I live in Canada I was very happy with the service! And I will definitely order through them again.

Judging from the post I don't think I should have anything to worry about. I still have not received them, today is the 10th business day since they say they were sent out. I will give it to next week and see how it goes

Update
Ticket Mania contacted me today and said the tickets are in route and if I didn't receive them by next Wed. they would ship out new ones
Now I have to have patience to wait until January to use them

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was gone for long weekend to Montreal and when I returned I found a large packet waiting for me from TicketMania
Inside was a small envelope with the hopper tickets and also lots of booklets about the Orlando attractions.
I guess that a little wait is worth it

Happy to hear that they arrived -- I purchased our 3-day park hoppers from them this afternoon. From what I've read here, I won't panic if it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Thanks everyone!
