Now that I am an AP holder, I figuured I would like to try to log into disney's website passholder section, just read what's there, and read the mickey monitor. But it won't let me, I know I'm using the correct log in. I tried mine and my fathers just to see, but it wouldn't let me use either one. Has anyone else had a problem logging in? Or has anyone new to AP's had a problem logging in the 1st time?
TIA

Have you actually activated the AP's yet? I thought I read you have to actually activate it before you can access the site. So, if you just have the voucher or haven't used it yet, it won't work.

I just did this yesterday and the site is NOT user-friendly! :sad2: I entered all of the information on the back of my AP, and when I got to the last field that they requested, it took several attempts for it to register.

There is also supposed to be a place to register for AP emails. For the life of me, I was never able to locate that. After 45 minutes, I gave up.

Thank goodness! Thought it was just me. I have tried to get in the Passholder site over 20 times and only get in every 5 or 6 time. And when I do I can never get the place for the AP emails to work. Or sometimes I can't get to other places on the AP site to see something. I have sent a few emails to Disney- they never have answered any of them, but then again maybe they are working on the site... hahehahahehheh! We wish!

Well this most certainly helped me! I totally skimmed over that part. I had gone through the entire passholder site to see where I need to sign up for emails! Thanks again Disneyholic!

I got my AP validated Jan 9th and still haven't gotten a Mickey Monitor. I've also only been able to get in the AP site twice. Otherwise it just reshows the login page for the AP holders. I've called twice in the last three months and am usually told they're working on it.

I've had mine since last October and have never gotten a MickeyMonitor. :(

As to the website, it is very sensitive to firewalls and such. For instance, I have my home computer rather protected so I can't login from here without disabling my firewall totally (even if I give them permissions), but from work I have no problem.

That's ok, because most of the "real" info makes it to us via DIS before it even makes it there (codes and such, hehe), but it is rather annoying to not be able to get in all the time. I haven't tried in awhile - since I had to download my last mickeymonitor - I'll try again today and see what I get.
