Do they offer any special prized/rewards/offers/specials for thos going on a DVC tour?

No.You may luck up and get free fast passes or a free lunch but thats all.They do not have to offer anything to get people to come.

and the "special" they were offering was simply 2 fastpasses for each member of your party and free ice cream at the end of the tour. Since it was raining tuesday morning it worked out well for us. We spent about 1.5 hours there doing the tour/ice cream and later that night we went to MK and were able to do many more rides than we would have otherwise been able to do in a short amount of time. It was better than sitting in the hotel room and watching it rain all morning!

We got good vouchers that once we used them the value was close to $20 per person. They gave us enough vouchers for all seven in our group even though just my husband and I went to the presentation.
