Just thought of this. Baby Tiana with Gumbo, older Tiana working in resturant for food expense tab. Travel tab can have her on the trolley going to work or on the party boat. Hotel ressies could be her standing on the balcony. Bad guy holding money (coins) for expenses, ect.
