Our family of 5 will be staying Lagoon Concierge Dec. 19 -24. It's our first time at the Poly and first time in concierge, so we're very excited. Maybe we'll see you there!

We'll be in GV concierge from Dec. 19-25 after our four-day Wonder cruise. Maybe we can meet in the lounge one evening?

This will be our first time staying at the Poly. My sleepless nights have started. I cant wait. We stayed in POR last time and there is no doubt in my mind, staying on site is the best. For us anyway.

We're not concierge, but we will be there 14th - 21st! We (myself and DH) will have our LGRs and will approach anyone we see wearing theirs! Hope to see any DISers while we're there!

Can't make it this year, but we've been at Poly LV Concierge during Christmas season 1996-2001. You will LOVE it!

Here are a couple of tips:
If you have tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and you go back to the room prior to the party - take the BOAT (not monorail) to the Magic Kingdom. You'll probably be able to get in early while monorails are held at the Transporation Center until just before starting time.


Pack a little something for every kind of weather. In 2001 the temps were in the 70s at night in mid-December. On New Year's Eve 2000-2001 the area had record lows with nighttimes in the 20's !!! When the stores sold out of gloves, people bought socks to wear as gloves. I saw people wrapped in blankets from the hotels. Bring your coat.

We will be enjoying our first stay at the Polynesian December 19th-22nd. We are VERY excited! We have MVMCP on the 19th.

I would like to meet others in the lounge one night as well!
