Anyone know of a website where all of the Gluten free menus are located? I looked at allears and could only find the link for regular menus. Is it just me or are these gluten free menus hidden? It certainly seems so.

Download the Gluten Free Disney App. We use it all the time, and it has been very accurate. There are no official Gluten free menus that you can download, but every resturant will accommodate your allergies quite nicely. They will usually send out a chef to discuss your sensitivity, and make you special meals. My wife LOVES eating at Disney, and she usually eats better than the rest of us. She says the sandwiches at Jolly Holiday are outstanding, Plaza Inn has excellent waffles.

Edit: app is called "Gluten Free Disney Dining" it is by a company call Calypso Kid.

Thank you very much. I had no idea about the app. The menus listed on the internet are out of date.

Disney no longer updates the GF menus to give to guests. They should have a binder you can check out at City Hall.

I have a friend with celiac, and she's said every restaurant in the parks, including QS, can make almost anything on their menu GF :)

Thanks for the tip on the app. I am going back in a few weeks just because they make being GF so easy, I just hate having to guess what I think they might offer at different places. Also makes it hard to make reservations when I am unsure if it is worth it.

Tarheelalum when I was there last fall I was surprised at how good the GF options were at QS locations. I had issues at the snack kiosks as they did not seem to have the allergen information readily available, in fact the guy with the mickey bars just told me I could read the package as he wasn't sure. Make a note of any snacks you see listed as GF so you don't waste your time in line at kiosks to then have to debate with the CM what the allergens are. This is the main thing I want to research this time.

Really? That stinks. My wife was taking our daughter to a drama camp in a few weeks and I thought she'd be able to get the list from them. Now it's a binder? Maybe it's time for me to create a one stop shop that's up to date.

The issue is suppliers change and with that so could ingredients. So they stopped giving the pages out to guests (haven't done so in a couple years). They should maintain an online list that could be easily updated, so guests know in advance what they can eat.

I had no idea there was a GF Disney app - thank you for this info! My husband has Celiac's so we are always concerned about this, although Disney is one of the only places he feels safe eating because they take it so seriously.

Does anyone know if they sell the GF Beignets in Disneyland like they do at POFQ in WDW? My 17YO daughters loves them there!

i don't know about any binder still being available at City Hall, kind of a pain to stand in line there IMHO. I just look at the menus online ahead of time & we decide as best we can where we want to eat. We go a few times a year so my dd (who has celiac) knows what she wants/likes. The allergy menus are available at each restaurant when you order.

unfortunately, no they don't have GF beignets unless it's new since we went in June. I think I would be more excited than dd; she's never had one but I won't eat gluteny good things in front of her.

The binders are at each CS location. City Hall/Chamber of Commerce doesn't maintain that or keep copies. You really do have to ask every time you order. While something that was previously GF, like fries, might not change, they may have added a menu item that now shares the fryer.

I wish that they did. Man, those beignets are so good at POFQ. It's gonna make me feel real bad when me and the kids eat these in front of my Celiac wife. Oh, we'll still do it, but we'll feel bad about it later.

Take your wife to the Plaza in for the Character breakfast. When you tell the server that she is Celiac they will always get the Chef.. He/She will come out and get your wife's order and make her feel like the princess she is. The Mickey waffles are outstanding, as is the special dipping sauce they they will make for her. One thing we learned last trip was to never eat the bacon on the lines, as they use bread under the bacon to wick off the grease. PS, I eat the Beignets as well, and the DW hates me for that...:earsboy:

this is amazing

I got this app today. First place I clicked on and it's already incorrect. It says all the skewers at bengal BBQ are gf. They are not.

Does it say order without sauce or just the veggie skewer or just that they're all safe as listed on the menu?

That they are all safe. I think he's removing it. But they have never been gluten free. I wish I hadn't spent my money on this app.
