Homemade apple pies at a farmer's market. Baked and unbaked. Both frozen. Instructions for both are 90 minutes at 350. Does this make sense? I asked salesclerk and she said yes, instructions for both were the same.

But why would you bake a pie that's already been baked? It just seemed confusing and I couldn't figure out which one to get. Is it better to get the unbaked pie if you're going to bake it for 90 minutes anyway?

Thanks for any help.

because a pie is thick..thoughout. It would take just as long to do as frozen or fresh to heat all the way thru it.
does that make any since to you?
