DD9 is going to BBB and DS9 wants his face painted. Where can you get this done? Any pics to post? I don't know that he'll do this, since we are going in June & it will be HOT, but you never know.
Thanks

DS had his face painted at AK:

And I know there's a face painter in MK's Toontown.

I don't have any pics to show you but when we went in 2005 they were doing it in toon town in MK. My DD didn't want to take a shower that night because she didn't want to wash it off.

Here's a few of ds getting his done while he's sister was in the BBB photo shoot at DTD last year. it was right outside ina great spot to 'kill two birds w/ one stone'...

Here's ours from MNSSHP. DD kept asking all week to have her face painted, I would probably pay for it next time, it was really cool and stayed on really well... even after Splash Mountain. :)

Those look great! Do they do face painting during the P&PP? Is it free?

Was the paint hard to get off??? My son had his face painted at a festival and he cried b/c I was having to scrub so hard to get it off from around his eye. He ended up wearing eye makeup for a day or two! LOL!!!
This is what his face looked like.

I think we paid about $10-$18?? Some where in there for the pirate face... not free at the PPP or it wasn't last year when we went that i knew of.

Oh it was a PITB to get off... i ended up using make up remover on ds definatlly harder to get out then all the gel/hairspray they used on dd at the BBB! LOL A LOT harder, he was in tears as well, i forgot all about it till you said something!

Here's a picture of DD at MNSSHP in Sept. Face painting was FREE during the party. They were setup right as you cross into Adventureland near the Dole Whips.

I know there is face painting at Animal Kingdom in Dinoland. Not sure how much it costs.

It came off pretty easily with a washcloth.

I don't know what MNSSHP means? Anyone give any help? Do they do that cool fairy princess face paint on just regualr days? (It is so cool, I don't care how much$$ it is) My DD will LOVE it!! Thanks Krista

Can I ask where you've seen them in the park? Just so I know where to go searching? Thanks!! Oh, does anyone know how much it costs on a regular day? Krista

here are pics of my DD's faces that we just got done this past week. We got them done at Epcot, right by the African Outpost in the world showcase.

Anyway - the unicorn one cost $15 and the bird mask cost $12. They stayed on all day and they also washed off easily that night. HTH:)

This is my daughter, Ireland...She got her face painted as "Tinkerbell", at Magic Kingdom. They have a permanent spot, right past the enterance into Toontown. We paid around 15 dollars. It lasted all day, and wouldn't wipe off with just touching it, which she did all day...:rotfl: but at night, it came off with just a wet washcloth. No scrubbing...maybe the darker colors, like those in the pirate face, like black and brown, are harder to get off. She has really sensitive skin, and this didn't bother her at all. But now she wants it every...time...we...go...Yikes!

My kids (DS3/DD3) got their face painted at MK by Mickey's house and also at AK by Dino land. They loved it, hence the second time.
Typically the girls are very glittery with lots of swirls. Meanwhile my son was a tiger and his face was 100% covered. I've got to say, it lasted pretty well the entire day.
The one bad thing about Disney face painters is that they do such a great job they kind of spoil it when you go to other places. That teenager doing it for a high school fundraiser isn't quite as good. But the kids still love it.
Sorry no pictures though.

Now I can't be positive its still there but as you are walking towards Star Tours there used to be a face painting station at DHS.

* If you happen to pick up a small bottle of baby oil it will help get the face paint off. It works really well with dark colors so you don't have to scrub as hard. I learned this from the face painters at a Ren. Festival.

This is dd w/ the Cinderella and me w/ the Tink face painting. We had them done in Epcot but they had the same ones at MK and MGM.
