I just had lunch w/ a friend who, like me, is a big WDW fan. His wife is Bolivian and they both speak Spanish. They recently purchased a picture of "The Three Caballeros" and he asked me if I remembered the posters in the cue area for Philharmagic. One of them is in Spanish and is of The Three Caballeros.

Anyone have any info on these posters? Is there a way to find out if any of them are available for purchase, either somewhere in the parks or elsewhere?

I just know someone here will know.

Thanks.

These are not really "posters" (as in printed paper).

There are painted signs created specifically for the queue of Mickey's Philharmagic.

(They may actually be "painted" by a computer process, but they are not conventional paper posters.)

They are ficticious "promos of coming events" for the theater (totally 'made up' concerts) and most are really just "jokes" about those featured in the graphic.

Whether they will ever make them available AS printed posters for guests to buy seems doubtful.
(But you never know what they MIGHT do.)

I'm not sure how or where to get copies but I found this image on Google:

You CAN however have a poster from one of the re-releases of the feature film in Spanish, if you will have patience to find one on ebay or a movie poster site.

Correction: those posters are ficticious promos of "past events" at the theater, not upcoming ones.

How can you tell that?

Sorry, just got back so I can answer this one. The little plaques under each poster say things like "In our third season Donald's performance really fit the bill".

This is exactly the one. I'm so sorry to hear that these were created by the Imagineers specifically for the cue (not that they aren't wonderful) and are not available anywhere.

Thanks all for the info. You guys are the best and I knew someone would know for sure.

Now I just have to tell my friend... :sad2:
