Any Peter Noone/Herman's Hermits fans?

Do you know Peter Noone will be performing at Epcot's Flower and Garden Show this year? June 8-11! As a teenager, I was a fan of Herman's Hermits, and was delighted to hear him and the banned perform at Epcot in 2003. He still had that gorgeous smile, his voice was great and he gave a terrific performance. Since then, we've been to lots of Herman's Hermits concerts. Can't wait til June 8, 2006!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are pretty good! I saw them at our state fair a few years ago and was surprised that I knew as much of the music as I did. We will be there June 10, so I'll have to check them out.

Are they still all of the original band members from when they were first popular?

Hiya Eeyoremama! I just read your post that you wrote on my thread about favorite Disney songs! Never saw Gary Puckett, but sure loved his music way back when?! Of all the acts we've seen at the "Flowerpower concerts," our favorites were The Grass Roots and Herman's Hermits. It sure would be fun to meet up at one of the concerts in June!

Aren't those Nelsons something else? They performed at Epcot last year and it was great to hear them singing their dad's music. I loved Ricky Nelson

Peter Noone has a great band (banned), but they are not original members.

I am planning a surprise trip to WDW for DS in June and I was quite pleased to see we will be able to catch his last performance date of June 11th!

He is as adorable now as he was in the 60's!!!

I'M INTO SOMETHING GOOD

Woke up this mornin' feelin' fine There's somethin' special on my mind. Last night I met a new girl in the neighborhood. Somethin' tells me I'm into something good.

She's the kind of girl who's not too shy. And I can tell, I'm her kind of guy. She danced close to me like I hoped she would. Somethin' tells me I'm into something good.

We only danced for a minute or two But then she stuck close to me the whole night through. Can I be fallin' in love? She's everthing I've been dreamin' of.

I walked her home and she held my hand I knew it couldn't be just a one-night stand. So I asked to see her next week and she told me I could. Somethin' tells me I'm into something good.

My parents took us to see them at Steel Pier in Atlantic City in the 60's. I guess it's time I see him again! But we're not planning for WDW until November.
