Any Personal Disney Shoppers?

A few years ago I had someone purchase & ship Disney Park items to me for Christmas Gifts. I can't remember who it was...a woman named Kelly I think. Can anyone help me? I'm looking for someone to purchase the sweatshirt below for a Christmas present.

Disney Store is sold out of the Minnie one. I've never heard of the website above. If anyone can vouch for it being legit, I would order from them I guess.

You should be able to call disney merchandising, describe the sweatshirt, and have it sent. That would save you the shopper fees. I have ordered from the merchandising number before and they were wonderful to deal with.
