Any peak/holiday discounts on cabins?

In recent years has anyone gotten any discounts (AAA, AP, etc.) on cabins during the peak/holiday season, roughly 12/20 - 1/1?

If so, can you recall which type and approx. when you were able to book room using discount? Thanks!
