I know this is a long shot, but I thought I would see if any other single moms will be visiting the World March 1-8. I am taking three of my four boys with me for the 8 day special, and it would be nice to have someone to chat with even if it was for only a minute or two.
I have taken my kids alone before, in fact I took the oldest two last year. However, it often feels as though Disney caters only to whole families and not to the single parents. For instance, you want to save a spot for a parade and get some ice cream while you wait, but there are no spaces in front of the ice cream shop and there is no way you are going to leave your kids alone to save a seat while you go to get ice cream. So, you end up missing out on seeing the parade or your kids skip ice cream.
Anyway, rant over I promise lol. Just thought I would see if any other single moms wanted to get together at the World. Feel free to share your rants. I guess it doesn't really matter because I am hopelessly addicted to Disney World for life anyways.
