My 10 yr old DS refuses to dress up period and DS 5 yrs old wanted too but since his brother won't neither will he and DD 2 yrs old HATES her TInkerbell costume . So we all will be wearing Halloween themed t-shirts. It's the best I could get them to do.
By the way, we're staying at the CR Oct 2-8 , maybe we'll see you there.
Last year DS wanted that stitch costume so i got it. Came the night of the party he refused to put it on. I didn't even have a Halloween tee for him cause he wore it a different day and it was dirty. Let him be whatever makes him happy.
Hi,
My son dressed up as Thomas for MNSSHP last year. He was so excited since he was such a little Thomas fan. This year he is more into the Power Rangers than Thomas, so we will let him dress up as the red ranger. I wouldn't worry about him not having a Disney themed costume, he will be excited to be dressed up as his favorite character!!
HTH,
Paige
I'm trying to keep my seven year old from showing up as some scary bloody zombie with a hook for a hand and keeping it lighter. I keep trying to explain that it will be "too scary" for the little kids there.
My grandson dressed up in his hooded black robe last year, he and his sister (dressed as Minnie) were asked to participate as Grand Marshalls in the early parade ... so Disney costume not required!
