I'm only a student doctor, so not sure if I can be of much help, but I just wanted to say that if all this is becoming particularly worrisome to you, then I'd highly recommend you see your GP.
I might be terrible at judging these type of things, but I think if it was me, I wouldn't be too worried. That's just me though
I'm constantly getting "colds" and feel run down and what not, but I've just put that down to working on the wards every day... and so like you say, because of where you work, that may play a factor in things.
What I will say though, is that it is slightly more uncommon for adults to get ear infections. It's much, much more common for children to get them. This may sound like a silly question (so forgive me), but are you sure they were ear infections? Did you visit the GP whilst you were ill? Did your ear ooze or anything?
Also, do you have hay fever or any allergies? It's about the right time for some people's hay fever to start... and that could explain the symptoms of the runny nose and the "conjunctivitis". Have you tried taking antihistamines? Because if you had and the runny nose etc improved, then I'd guess it was an allergy.
Conjunctivitis can also be bacterial or viral (apart from allergic), which are rather contagious. Have you been in contact with anyone who has had red eyes? Is there lots of gunk coming out of them/are they weepy?
Those are just my first thoughts, and like I said if you are especially worried then please see your GP.
I hope you start to feel better soon!
