Hi All!!!

Hope everyone has had a wonderful day! We are sooooo close!!! I hate wishing time away, but I am so ready for simply being onboard!!!!

The young men have arrived. I'm a little nervous. They were to start getting their jobs lined up, and apartment hunting, etc. Well, they have played basketball and GameCube and watched tv. Then they thought Abby was 17!!!!!!!!!! You have never heard the word "dude" so many times!!!!! And that is just the beginning!!!! Pray hard for me. Pray that I have wisdom to encourage them out into the world and on their own. Pray that they take into account that our children are just that, children.

Okay, enough venting!! Thanks! Dittos on the name thing!!! I will try to have name tags for us...they are the Mickey paint samples. The kids chose their own colors and Tom and I will probably be wearing the Dis green!!!

Almost have everyone packed. Kind of surprised. I do have to still get the boys new dress shoes for their tuxes, and they each need a new button down. Alec, our youngest seems to have misplaced his white pants so may need to try and find a pair of those in the next couple of days.

dittos too on the not sleeping. been up past three the last several nights and up by six thirty. Tom comes in tonight for the weekend...more like 36 hours....but we will take it! it is so hard when we are apart for so long. we usually plan his visits every weekend, but this year we had to wait about 2 and a half weeks!!!!

well, gonna nap before heading to the airport at 11pm.

When is everyone leaving? Helen and Jen how long does it take you to get to FL? I think you two are the ones that are the farthest.

Ok! As far as what shirts we will have on at the DIS meet. I hink they will be Blue and say DISNEY on them. I can tell you for sure that my DH will have a White baseball cap that has a Pirate on the front and in the back the name of my son's school witch is MSOE. My DS will probibly have his hat from baseball that is black and have a big red "R" on it. I will have my DIS sun visor on. Hope this helps.

Helen- WHen do I start with the count down. We don't want to miss a day.

Hi Flo & all

I leave my home Wednseday pm, so someone will have to take over the countdown from Thursday

We leave Wednseday pm and have a 3 hour drive to the airport where we are staying over night. We then check in 7am and fly @10am (please pray that we are not delayed) I am in the air for 9 hours and land @ Sanford. Then its an hours trip from Sanford to SSR.

Its horrible but worth it in the end!! Hope my back lasts out. Thats the reason we have nothing scheduled for the Friday - except chilling by the pool and eating @ ohanas.

We're leaving Monday morning for a 5 hour flight to Orlando from Ontario, California.

Where are we meeting on the Promenade? Is there a particular place. I hope everything works with my shuttle and I'm not late to the meet! I am worried however about getting Palo reservations! I missed them online and I'll be coming in late.

Flo: We are flying via Delta direct to Atlanta = 8.5 hours. Then we have 1.5 hour layover and then appx 1.5 hours to Orlando....so almost 12 hours

The boys are good travelers so that really helps. DD is pretty good....but you know with a 2 1/2 year old nothing is a guarantee At least the longest leg of the flight will be overnight so the kids should sleep.

Today I finished up paperwork then had my nails done and on a whim decided that I would get my first bikini wax The things we do for vacation!

Hi! Go to the top of the forum page and you will see DCL Main click on that go to deck plans. Once there go to Deck 3 and you will see the promenade. It is a lounge. Hope this helps. See you soon.

Also going to the goodbye BBQ for my friend Emma who is going to Miami to teach, that will be hard - I think Iwill need to take my tissues!

Well this time next week we'll be travelling to the port !! (well actually i'll be on FL time so I'll be wandering aound SSR @ 4am with jetlag)

Good morning Helen! Its actually 12:15 am Saturday here. Stayed up late today and guess what.....we finished packing Just need to put in the toiletteries and we are all set.

This is the first time we got our packing done so early...must be the excitement. We have a busy day tomorrow with all the pool work going on so I didn't want to wait till late Saturday night since we leave on Sunday.

Well time to get to bed. Talk to ya all tomorrow

Helen, you are just as brave as Jen with the bikini wax!
Try and have fun at the BBQ for your firend. Knowing that you will be getting ready to get on the boat at this time next week may help.

Anyone planning to watch the sailaway today? About 3 hours from now. We watched on these cameras last Saturday, and it was a lot of fun! Next sailway on the Magic will be us!!!

I know I am so excited! I only have 4 days of work left. They told me that my mind is on vacation already I can't Deny it either. Because it is true. But this week I have to concentrate on making sure the person that is going to be doing my job can do it. The last time I cam back it took me 2 weeks to clear everything up. I do not want a repeat. Either way I will deal with it when I get back.

I know I will try to watch . Because next week wedo not have to watch it we will be on it.

Hi all!!

Thanks for the pixie dust...it is helping. We may have found the boys a home!!! Our realtor down here took them out today and is willing to rent to them for a year, at which time they must buy or find a new home. Great realtor!!! We love him!

Jen and Helen...great job sucking it up for the wax! You will be happy you did it! I have a friend who has an impulse light clinic. Last year they did my underarms. I was supposed to go back for a couple more visits, but their location and timing didn't work. The cool thing is though, I only have to shave my armpits about once a week...so the one visit did make a difference. I would LOVE to get my legs done!!!

Helen...we did SSR for 4th of July!!! It is truly one of my all time favorite resorts!! It is not our home resort, but it is the DVC resort we try to stay at! The Turf Club menu looked great, but we didn't get to eat there...just didn't fit the schedule.

Guess what??? Sailaway party is going on right now! In it's honor we play the ATeens "Bouncing on the Ceiling," song and dance around the family room!!! Next week we get to dance at the Goofy pool!!!!

Jen, get good rest and hope we can grab a soda or something next week in the parks!!! If anybody wants to set a time and a place, lets grab something and do a little pre-meet!
