jmatias-- Another great sign -- I love it! Very good work. Are you going to make t-shirts as well as signs? You are doing a great job!

:mickeyjum Hi!
Yesterday I received what they call a Disney Cruise Line travel kit. It lists the excursions, activities and more. It also gave me the dates that I can start planning. May 15th final payment is due; April 30th is when I can start to make shore excursions, spa and Palo reservations and babysitting times if my final payment is in. Then is says July 29th starts my vacation to paradise. It is realy nice. It comes in a portfolio. Did anyone else receive this? If you did not get it yet you will love it when you do. Seeing the dates as to when everything is due makes me even more excited then I am (don’t know how this is possible). party:

Flo -- That is great news about the kit -- sounds really cool. Did you book through Disney or a TA?

I booked through Disney. I booked back in August of 2004 when we were on the 4 day. :sunny:

Thank you for the :thumbsup2 Marci, I'm planning on making some tees also but I keep fidgeting with the designs and can't seem to settle on something :teeth: My DH is giving the looks :rolleyes1

Hopefully we get the travel kit soon...just makes things seem a bit more real. We'll see how long it takes to get to Hawaii :sunny:

Did anyone buy trip insurance and if so who did you go with?

jmatias: I have trip insurance but I just bought the one that thy offer with the cruise. I know other people shop around. :sunny:

We also bought trip insurance through Disney. Next time, we'll probably shop around with suggestions in the passporter or on other research sites.

Hi all :wave2:

I got my cruise travel kit this morning! :woohoo:

Like you, it says I can book excursions, spa & Palo on April 30th.

However recently I added the REAS package, so Im going to email DVC (who I booked with) to see whether I can book 105 days out! Its worth a try

I checked the cruise critic website and it has us down for costa maya rather than cozumel!!!

Is anyone planning on doing any excursions? I dont think we'll bother and just use local taxis when we are there. That way I can see how my back is on the day.

Well off to do some reading!
Have fun!

Have fun![/QUOTE :sunny: Isn't the travel kit nice? On page 8 of this thread I went to this web site http://www.cruisecal.com/dnn/default.aspx
and that said we are supposed to go to Costa Maya to. I then set DCL an e mail telling them this and they sent me an e mail bakc telling me that we are still schedule to go to Cozumel. I am beginning to wounder. I guess we will just have to wait. I sure hope it is Cozumel. But I will be happy to just be on the Cruisa. I guess what I am also hopeing for is since the sent out the planning material and it has Cozumel thatwe are going there. :boat:

Just booked this trip a couple weeks ago. I am traveling with wife and 5 yo daughter. Looking forward to our first cruise. Heard nothing but good things about the DCL. Can't wait. :cool1: Looking to make new friends and lasting memories, especially for my daughter. :woohoo:

Welcome from us too!

Hey Wltdsnyfan, if you have time, could you please add my Mother-In-Law, Brother-In-Law and his son. That makes seven of us.

Sorry I haven't been on the Board in a while. Just been way too busy at work.

Very much looking forward to this cruise too!

Ken
