Any One Know How Long The Grand Gathering Events Last?

We are doing several of the Grand Gathering experiences and I was just wondering if any knew how long each one last. Does any one have recent reviws of the Safari or the International Dinner?

I have reservations for the International Dinner on December 3. It is scheduled to begin at 7:30 and lasts through the fireworks, so it will be about 2 hours if I'm figuring correctly.
