Any one in the East maybe SEEN the Disney Store dolls today?

I talked with over 8 DS in my area and so far, none report having Ariel. I was told
that DS headquarters used some strange formula to decide WHO would get WHAT doll
and apparently they don't think there are ANY Ariel fans in Northern California.
I'm burned right now. Doesn't make sense, because they sell all the other Ariel stuff.
Anyway...I'm just wondering if any of ya'll out in the East have maybe had a change yet to
see these dolls and confirm there IS an Ariel for sure.

Our store in Richmond, VA has all but Sleeping Beauty - which means we have Snow White, Jasmine, Cinderella and Ariel.

In the Farmington, CT store they had Belle, Snow White, Jasmine and Cinderella. No Ariel.

I'm sorry - made a mistake they don't have Ariel in the Richmond stores. Hope someone can help you find her!

I am just having the worst time with this. People SWEAR they made her, yet NO one in
California got her! And I can find no one who's even really seen her. Now, I wonder if
it's just a rumor. Yet, I have some pretty good sources saying she was produced.

OK, I'm startin' to think she just isn't out there. I'm goin' to one close by at lunch to look at
the others, because if they are pretty, I may get one of them, as I'm told they are limited and FLYING off the shelves.

The disney Store where I am a CM did not get Ariel either. We had all the others mentioned.
I don't know if Ariel is available at WDW. The merchandise Guests Services phone number is 407-363-6200. You can order anything that is carried at the park through this number.

I just HAD to go to my local DS at lunch and see for myself what these dolls were.
Well, turns out...I HAVE ARIEL! I bought her off Ebay some months back. These dolls are all over Ebay, mostly sellers from Australia, so I figured she was European, but recently I've seen her offered up by sellers here in California. I started getting suspicious that this might be the same doll, but when I asked one CM at TDS they said they didn't think she was in a wedding dress (mine is). Of course, they were guessing, whichs is all ANYONE could do since nobody had seen her, so my trip to DS was sucessful in that I finally know and already have her and that's that.
Thanx to everyone who's been so helpful in helping me solve this frustrating mystery.

Glad to hear you found her. I checked with the manager at my local DS and she said they'd only received 4 different dolls and had assumed that was all to the set. But looking on the back of my new Belle doll, it does say that Ariel exists..
