We are considering concierge level at Poly. Any suggestions? Is it worth the expense? What type of assistance do you get? I would appreciate any experiences.

If you can do it without breaking your budget, I highly suggest it. I'm not sure exactly what kind of comments you ar elooking for, but suffice to say we were very happy with the room and the service, and are looking forward to staying there again some time. I strongly suggest a lagoon view room, there is nothing more special than watching the colors change on the castle at night from your room.

This is a link to a post I put up a while back describing in basic terms the amenities associated with being a WDW concierge guest. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=429681&highlight=concierge

I'm not sure if you would be able to "break even" with the food/drinks there if you're wanting to get your money's worth that way. Some nights the appetizers are good and some nights I didn't care for them. :D
It was nice not having to go out for breakfast in the mornings or hike to Captain Cooks early for drinks.
