where would you stay?

the particulars ...
on-property
august 2006
2 adults + 1 college age + 2 highschoolers + 1 elementary school
(HS child #2 is wheelchair user)

i'm thinking renting DVC points for a 2 bedroom, but that's nearly $3000 for the week on lodging only... but would have full kitchen for some meals and pool at SSR is handicapped accessable.

can you think of any thing else?

thanks

$3000 for a 2 bedroom is a great deal and SSR is wonderful. With kids those ages, I would probably try to stay there or at the Boardwalk Villas, because there's alot of fun that the kids can go check out, close by.

It you are budget minded, I would look into a cabin at FW. You can put the kids in the bedroom and slepp on the murhpy bed in the living room for a bit of privacy. I dont know about handicapped accomodations, though.

I like the cabins suggestion, how about the Contemporary Resort? It's onsite, with a great marina, lots of things for "older kids" to do. They have great restaurants, and wonderful views of the MK. I know it's an older resort, but we love visiting everytime we go! Good luck. ;)

I'm pretty sure I have seen handicapped accessible cabins in FW before.

If you do not have to stay on site the rental homes havesome homes that are handicap excessability. They also would be half or less then half the price. Some have activities on site and transportation.
