Any OCTOBER guests received FP+ testing invite?

Quite possibly. For ours, we had until 9/2 to customize and we received them on 9/4.

It appears they are shipping the MBs out UPS next day air on the last day your allowed to customize them in MDE. I really like that they are shipping them for next day delivery. BTW, in case anybody isn't aware, UPS does not deliver standard next day air packages on weekends so if your MBs ship on a Friday you won't receive them until Monday.

We are checking in at the Poly on October 27th, using DME and have a room only reservation since we will be going over to buy our Military Salute passes at Shades of Green the day we arrive.
Do you think since we don't actually have hard tickets (yet) they will just skip over us for FP+?
Our room only ressie was paid in full nearly 2 months ago....

According to the instructions on the test invitation you would have to link the tickets for each member of your party to your MDE account. Linking the tickets doesn't guarantee you'll have access to FP+ but if you are selected for FP+ that would be a necessary step to use it. Sure wouldn't hurt to give it a try when you get your passes.

We are staying at the poly early October, we also haven't gotten our tickets yet but have customized our magic bands. We can't however book fp+ until we arrive and link our tickets.

Our magic bands are supposed to be here today!! I just got the email that they shipped!!! Now.... If I could just guarantee they will work our whole trip I will be content. Lol. Crossing fingers! One night at POR and then checking into FW on the 18th.

This was the case for me. Had a room only reservation, it would not let me book FP+. Had the TA add tickets to our reservation, and boom, I am making reservations.

Do you have to be home to sign for the UPS bands delivery? I work all day and the closest UPS Terminal if I have to go pick them up is very out of the way.

Thanks for the info! Mine will probably ship Thursday or Friday so I'd wondered about that! Today it says is my last day to customize so guess tomorrow they'll get ready to ship, then Friday ship, and Monday receive? Does that sound right? Excited! lol! We are staying at BWV Oct 15-25. Yesterday I got an email to tell us to we were selected to test FP+. We are on annual passes and using DVC. We were give 3 FP in each park. However, we were not given the option to choose a parade or illumination. We could choose Fantasmic (which we did).
I wonder about Illuminations and the parades. I'd love to select those if I could. We did customize our bands.
Oh, and our dining ressies were not linked. I have to manually put in the confirmation numbers.
What are your thoughts????

I don't know...probably wishes but I've about given up on BOG lunch. I'm wondering if the "test" on that is over. Haven't seen anybody be able to get one of those in forever!

Ours said the 11th was the last day to customize and our bands were here by 10am on the 13th!

My question is, we have purchased annual passes but are not picking them up (thus activating them) until we get there in October. So I have no way of entering any ticket/pass number in order to start picking fast passes. I get an error saying I have to enter a ticket number first.

Is there a way around this? Do all of you making fast pass selections already have your passes in-hand for October?

I think that you can link a ticket or an AP with just a reservation number or an order number, even if you haven't picked the ticket or AP up yet.

If you have a Will Call number you can use that to link your tickets.

Yes. The FP+ is essentially a reservation for you to watch them in the reserved seating area.

Is anyone seeing FP+ for Fantasmic the week of October 19th? I tried for multiple days during that week but don't see anything.

I wish they would show you if the FP+ was booked up. At least you would know if it was offered.

I am wondering if I am not seeing it because I have dining reservations that would conflict. I don't want to cancel my ADR until I know if I can get a FP+.
