Can anyone recommend a nice place in the Disney Village where you can sit and have a drink (without ordering food)
It will be me and my husband and also our daughter who will be almost 3yrs old...

Just thinking that it might be nice to sit somewhere and have a nice drink after a busy day in the park...

Some places that sell nice:

Hot Drinks eg.... Hot chocolates! (my fav) ;)
Milkshakes (YUMMY)
And probably quite like to try a nice coctail one evening.....
Hubby might probably like a pint one day too :rotfl:

(Is there a family pub anywhere, a child friendly pub, perhaps with a live band or music..... nice atmosphere etc..)

Indoor or outdoor? If you like to watch people strolling through Disney Village, and the weather allows it, the place is undoubtly the terrace of the Sports Bar.

Yeah the Sports Bar inside or out is good- nice people watching spot!! Planet hollywood,Billy Bob's Saloon,King Ludwig's Castle- these all have type of drinkies your looking for but i would imagine you can prob just go in without eating- Could someone comfirm that?

All the hotels have bars too which is also a nice alternative to the disney village

The Sports Bar sounds nice, planet hollywood sounds good too....
Is there a country & western bar somewhere, i think someone told me once of a country and western place (not sure if its a resturant or bar... very loud music etc.... Does anyone know what that is???

Billy Bob's Saloon maybe- they have live music on but i dont know how regular thats on- while we were there in June they had a they had a beatles beatles tribute due to it being british wek of something- they were very good- but it was very loud or there is the Red Garter Saloon at cheyenne- very nice there too, it has outside seating too and childrens play area opposite i think

Have sat outside Billy Bob's with drinks only and the Sports bar as mentioned, really nice when the weather is good, I love Disney Village, the music and if you're lucky enough to be there when there's a show on it's a really good atmosphere.

Hi

We have sat downstairs in Billiy bobs before and its quite nice. Personally we like to go and have a drink in the New york or the Sequoia lodge bars. There are play bits for the children which keep them entertained and you can sit around and keep an eye on what they are up too aswell as enjoy a nice relaxing drink after the busy day in the parks.

If the weather is good, the sports bar is good.

If the weather is bad, the bar in Sequia Lodge is quite a nice setting.

The bar at Hotel Cheyenne is also a good laugh. They usually have a live country band on. It makes for a great atmosphere.

The hotels have nice bars. I liked the one at Hotel New York, but that's not really child-focused, as it's more a "business" hotel.
The one at Sequoia Lodge is amazing!
