Nope. I don't even think Disney knows when they'll offer APs again. If I were to guess, I would say we won't see any news about it until the lawsuit with Disneyland's Magic Keys is over.
One of the larger and reputable Disney sites was reporting today that renewals of the higher level APs at Anaheim were being denied renewal as of yesterday. I forgot where is was, as I said, but it's a site generally considered a reliable source.

How is this possible? Disneyland only started selling AP’s in August so nobody would be due for renewal yet. They previously discontinued the former program unlike WDW so there were no grandfathered AP holders that I’m aware of.

Don't remember the exact details, but IIRC, the person denied renewal had an annual pass that expired in May. He/She obtained the annual pass by upgrading another ticket and so the AP was backdated to the first day that the ticket was used. AFAIK, that was he standard procedure for upgrades.
